The reason you come to work in a morning?
Because it’s what I do, what I’ve wanted to do since I was a child. I love it, I really do. It’s what makes me tick. I’m very very lucky.

What role do you think you play in the show?
The Host. Holding the show together “With My Bare Hands!” 

What did you want to do when you were little?
Work in an electrical shop called Wigfalls where my dad worked. I could give you any model number to any television set, Video Recorder or washing machine aged 6. Sony C7 Betamax Video was my favourite, although the C8 had a wired remote.

Who are your heroes and inspirations?
Kenny Everett, I wouldn’t be doing the kind of radio I do, if I’d never heard him.

Which celebrity do you reckon you look or act like?
Sean Bean – Apparently.

When do you think we'll get flying cars?
I’m hedging bets at not in our lifetimes. Although the thought is nice & I’m sure we will at some point. I wonder what the M62 will like be once we do.

Who doesn't deserve to be famous?
Two words. Jade Goody. After her disgusting behaviour on CBB, I reckon her career his well buggered.

What rules do you live your life by?
2 rules. Treat people the way I like to be treated, and be nice to people on the way up, because you’ll meet them on the way back down.

If you died and came back as an animal what would it be?
A Cat. You sleep, eat, and catch the occasional lazy bird or mouse, saying that I’m too sensitive to kill anything. A cat defintaltly though. It must be a  great life. Until you get run over.

What's been your biggest cock-up on-air?
Erm, oooh. There’s been a few. Saying F***ing last year on the air. Our show is so relaxed it feels like you’re in a pub with your mates sometimes. Sorry again.

If your life depended on it; Pat from Eastenders or Rita from Corrie?
Rita, because she was well fit when she was in her 20’s and 30’s. Saying that Pat, because she’s so underneath those frocks and behind those earrings, she’s pure filth. She could even show Danny a thing or two…

Have you ever tried to use your job at Galaxy as a licence to pull?
NEVER. Although I once got a Stella fridge for free.

Your opinions on Danny? 
A very funny man. Who underneath all that negativity and Cynicism is a lovely caring fella, who’ll do anything for ya.
 
Your opinions on JoJo?
A wonderful woman and an inspiration. She really looks after me, and everyone on the team. She’s ace.
