Its that time again when the rumours start circulating regarding the event of the summer, yep it's Big Brother! Whilst some critics have began to write the series off and deem it a failure before it has even launched, Channel 4 are working hard behind the scenes to provide an entertaining series with even more new twists.

**Updated 12/05/08** - Big Brother 9 official eye logo revealed!
Big Brother has revealed what seems to be the most evil themed logo to date. This new black and red look has sparked rumours that this year's show is going to be tougher and eviler than ever before. This year we could will housemates being forced into situations put together to prompt extreme selfishness in order to survive. The highlighted red shatter is also rumoured to represent the effect that one housemate will have on the rest of the house. Could we see the introduction of 'Head of House' or another 'Big Brother Mole...'
**Updated 12/05/08** - So who will be presenting this years shows...
E4 regulars George Lamb and Zezi Ifore have been confirmed as the new presenters of Big Brother's Little Brother. The main Channel 4 offerings will continue to be presented by Davina McCall despite reports she had quit the show.
The usual Pre-Big Brother programmes will precede this summer's series including a new documentary featuring Galaxy!!!
And the rumours….
This year’s series is rumoured to be starting on June 5th and is expected to last 13 weeks.
Work is well underway on revamping the house which is due for completion in mid-May.
There are plans to accommodate 16 housemates however not all of these will enter on the launch night.
This year the public will have a lot more involvement on what happens with the housemates whilst in the house.
The bathroom will be one open plan wet room with no separate cubical/shower area.
The house will furnished with uncomfortable furnishings including small beds.
Housemates from completely different backgrounds are being put together to prompt explosive arguments and constant entertainment.
