A man who killed his ex-girlfriend and their young son in Derbyshire had previously threatened to do it. Andrew Cairns stabbed Rachel Slack and 23 month old Auden on Wednesday and he’d been arrested over these threats.
A new Chief Executive has been brought in at Doncaster council - by the Government. It's after 7 children died in the area and 2 other kids were tortured. Plus, there's 3 other new staff who'll be able to recruit, discipline or fire people.
2 people have been arrested over the death of a man in Doncaster who was found lying in the street. John Lockwood was left with head and internal injuries on Monday morning. The 45 year old died later in hospital and police are holing a man and a woman.
A woman's been arrested after a car crash in Lincolnshire that left 2 teenagers in hospital. It happened on the A1 in Long Bennington yesterday evening. Two passengers aged 16 and 19 years old were hurt.
